In our entire life we create many thoughts and think about many things that were somewhere disturbs our mind in many ways we get weaker due to some thoughts and the reflection of that thoughts and thinking will appear in our body.

But you don't know that from ancient time monks and many schools of ancient time teaches meditation how to concentrate and many things but nowadays the thinking of people is that meditation is just for old people but if you see in ancient time meditation was taught to the  small children such that they can conquer their problems and making the right decisions by thinking right in the situation and meditation is a process through which you can solve many problems of life those who know about it make it use and solve their problem and reach inner peace of mind.


FACTS ABOUT MEDITATION

The mediation process will not help you in just one day but it will get the help you if you consistently do it for a period of time and if you start doing it for one month you will observe changes in yourself.

So, let's get to know what was the fact's about meditation.

1. Meditation reduces negative thoughts and anxiety


When you start doing or practise meditation for that much of time you feel comfortable of doing you will observe that in normal life you will get negative emotions and thoughts form your mind or your surrounding but when you start doing meditation there will be a reduction in those negative thoughts I am not saying that all your negative thoughts will disappear but the intensity of your negative thoughts will be reduced and the anxiety level will start decreasing.

If you start doing meditation just for 5 minutes if you are extremely busy just do it for 5 minutes and you will slowly see the result and if you had encountered a negative thoughts then the occurrence time of that thought will be low it will come and just go and not affect you that much as it was earlier.

When you start meditating you will observe that you will not get that angry on anyone that you will before for something and after you go to different levels in meditation you will see that you will never get angry on anyone.


2. Meditation Increases your focusing power and reduces memory loss


Meditation means focusing on one thing and forgetting all the things that were happening in the mind or surrounding that will not bother you and it not just focusing but it means that identify your inner self.

You have completely involved in one thing that nothing matters to you so it will help you in studies in your work and many things in life

The problem with people is that they can't focus on one thing completely they get distracted and leave that work thinking that they can't focus and can't do that thing so, for those people will start doing meditation it will help you to concentrate in what you do.


3. Doing meditation will make you feel relax and stress-free


When you start doing meditation closing your eyes and feel your breathe and if you sit in silence or listen to some meditation music you will realize that in your life their is no stress you will forget about all the problems of life and just completely calm you can't describe that feeling in words only you can experience that feeling and after you open your eyes you will feel relaxed and calm so, if you have a life that is filled with stress start doing meditation and observe the changes on you

It will reduce stress hormone imbalance in your body.


4. Meditation will reduce your age of skin


If you see those guru's and monks that were practising meditation for years you will find that their skin is always glowing and they are of 60-70 age but they don't look like 60-70 years old this was because of meditation that improves your skin health and makes your skin glow.

5. Meditation will develop some powers in you


Practising meditation you will get cut off from the all the things in surround and practising for some time you will notice that you feel that you had some kind of powers and sometime you will feel those things that will gonna happen just like intuition and you will sometime know the other people thoughts and what they feel inside.

6. Meditation increases the power to fight against diseases


It will reduce the brain related problems in 20th-century life many children get depression in their life because of the stress of study and many more problems so by doing meditation it will reduce that risk of getting in depression and get power to fight against many diseases it will increase the flow of power to fight against those diseases.

Due to this stressful life, many people are dying due to unwanted heart-attack and blockage of blood flow like those people having high bp they should start doing meditation in order to maintain their blood pressure.

7. Meditation will help to control your mind


In our day to day life we think about many things and in one day in our mind we had 50 thousand thoughts running in our mind and we are unaware of that and in many contexts of life these thoughts will affect our lives so by doing meditation you will be able to control your mind that what to think and what not to think and if you able to control your mind you will be always thinking positive and if you feel positive good things will be started to happen in your life and your life will be full of happiness.
