What is Aura | How we create positive aura??

You and I sometimes had listened about the word aura by other people but doesn't take it so seriously to that world and didn't know about it so let's get know about it.

What is an Aura??

The word aura means that a certain level of frequency that your body radiate or sometimes an object also has an aura of itself many people don't know about it when you go to meet some new peoples and you are like happy with that person hanging around and some people who you don't like at all these things have a direct connection with their aura that they radiate.

How can we create Aura??

Many times people say that I feel good when I am with that person and want to spend time with that person because that person is having a positive aura basically aura is a form of energy that radiates from the body but how come you know that your body is radiating a positive aura or not.

So, first of all, we had to understand that we will become what we thought and what we thought we become this is the most basic thing one should know in this world in ancient time there are gurukuls in India where we got to learn about all these things but know this was missing from our education system but doesn't mean that we can't learn these things if we really want to be positive in life we had to take part in spiritual things in some extent of our life.

What are you know is all because of your thoughts that you had created in your mind and act on it whenever you see about something there are two sides of everything a positive and a negative so it's all upon you how you used to see things either it will be positive or negative and both thoughts have certain frequency and let me tell you that the thoughts have you created in our mind.

Suppose you think you can't do these and that things in life and your frequency level is at 50% and you continues thinking about that I can't do it it's very hard and sometimes impossible then what you are doing that you are decreasing your frequency at 40% when you are doing continuously every time then how come you could be positive.



That's why our elders taught that every time thinks positive why because your thoughts radiate frequency and if your frequency was at a high level and you think positive every time then your aura automatically become positive.

Life doesn't be like what type we want we had face problems and consequences but we had to face it and its a truth it doesn't matter what you want or not so in that life if you had good thoughts and good feelings you can make everything that you wanted in life because positive thoughts gives you the power to overcome any situations but it's not like that for some time you had created a positive thought and after that back too negativeness no not like that your thoughts should be positive every time because you had listened to one line "what you thought you will become".

If you don't know you create 50-60 thoughts per second and if you want to be more positive seek positive information from outside the world now someone will say that how come will be positive all time see there must be up's and down in all of us life but did you think that why some people are very rich and successful and some people were not so all that depends upon your thoughts and how your thoughts will make you in life no matter how much tough the situation will be you should be positive and be with those people that were positive  and neglect or remove the negative people from your life.

And simply if your thoughts were positive your surrounding is positive then automatically your aura will be positive and you will be full of happiness in your life so it's all in your hands...

  2. In 2011, researchers at Harvard University discovered that meditation can effectively change the biological structure of the brain. The study showed that 8 weeks of meditation (one specially made to reduce stress) could increase the thickness of the hippocampus, responsible for learning and memory.
