Habits
Most of us have some habits whether some of them are good and some are bad but what you have to know that if you wanted to become more productive in your life and success in life you should consider these habits and implement it in your life.
1. The habit of daily exercise
Everybody in today's world is shifting towards a fit era where everybody is taking care of their health and taking proper diet to be healthy but apart from that, there are some people who aren't moving a bit in their entire day and doesn't take care of their diet they eat what they want to eat.I am not telling that it's compulsory to go to the gym but you should work out but if you aren't able to that you have to take at least 10-15 minutes of time every day such that you don't get fat and if you work out you are improving yourself and your life by working out for a specific time in a day.
2. A habit of eating more vegetables
It doesn't seem to tell anyone that how much benefit it will give when you will eat more healthy things and when it comes to vegetable every one knows that it will give us various vitamins and minerals that will improve overall body health.But most of the people don't eat healthy according to their perspective it doesn't taste good to them but they eat more and more junk food that will tend to be tasty no doubt but it will not beneficial to your health, after all, it will attract many kinds of disease in the body so eat junk food but in contrast to that you should start eating more vegetables that will take care of your health.
3. The habit of reading every day
You had listened about those successful peoples that had achieved a lot in their life they will tell you that you should read every day why because it will help you to learn every day new things in life and grow in various aspects of life you will get to know about different things about life and things and whatever your age you should not leave learning in life so.You should at least read 15-20 mins a day before sleep because the book will give you the right information through this you have proper knowledge about this that you can act right in different situations.
4. The habit of drinking more water
If you don't know that our body is made up of 75% of water and minerals so to keep hydrate our body we should drink at least 8 litres water daily basis such that your body will be hydrated did you know many skin diseases will cause due to lack of water in the body because water is needed to purify the overall body.And the most important tip I will give to you all that in Ayurveda it was already told that if you drink water daily at the time you woke up many of your skin and body related diseases will flush out through your body.
5. Habit to Meditate daily
This was one of the most ancient things that were done by monks but in this 20th century many few people tend to do it they will consider this as this meditation and spiritual things as for old people but honestly it wasn't because if you implement in your life you will see changes in your life that it will reduce your anger level,stress level helps you to concentrate more and improve your memory and if you want more go read my post I had written a whole post on it make sure you will check it.
6. A habit of working on your passion
If you had a passion in your life and feel relax and happy doing it then no matter how busy you are you should take some time to work on that passion whether it's anything if you feel happy doing it do it for some time you will get benefit from that passion in your life you should work on your projects on your passion improve it
7. The habit of Cleaning your area
Will you tend to live in a place that was clean and tidy or the place with everything was just a mess and garbage everywhere then most of people will say it's obvious that we will live in a cleaner place because living in a cleaner and a well organised place you will get positive vibes and you will spend more time at that place that's why office place where so clean such that their employees will enjoy their work and the company will be benefited so keep clean your surroundings, your room, your work area such that you will get most of your work done comfortably.
8. A habit of Waking up early
Waking up early was a trait of highly successful people because every successful people need more time to complete their work and achieve great things for them and give a good impact on the society so the benefits of waking up early that you have more time than others while other's are sleeping you had started your day and start working and there is no one to disturb you no phone calls, no annoying traffic sounds everything was just calm and relax and one thing to know that the most important things in life should be done in the morning.Because at night you are at 50% of your efficiency and in the morning you are wake up fresh and you are at your maximum efficiency such that you can easily complete your work effectively.
9. A habit to Spend less amount on social media
This was an era of social media where people are posting videos, selfies, photos and tweets about what they do in their daily life their achievement, their likes, dislikes and many other kinds of stuff but no one is thinking about the other side of social media that you are just addicted to your phones whenever it beeps you pick it up and start using it you are making your phone like a boss of your life.I am not saying that don't use mobile phones, social media after all man is a social being but don't consume by those things don't be a slave to that use it when you are free from all your important work.
10. A habit of writing Journal
You have to start writing journals because it will help you to keep a record on your day to day activities if you start writing journals you will observe that you will learn what mistakes you have done in your day and in your life and how you should deal with and it will list you work which work you should do in your life and which you don't and those works which were important to you so start writing journals and learn from that.
