Why we should write down our goals
It will make you amazed that what happens when you write your goals and it was the most of the secret of the world that will fulfil your dreams and very few people know about it so let's find out...After reading this article you will be very serious about writing those goals that were very important to you .in your brain every time many goals are moving around but you had to write those goals for whom you feel very serious about in life.
The things that you take very seriously in life than your logical brain will also take seriously that thing and when you write down those things then it will give you energy and motivation but apart from that you should have a goal in your life whether it was top in any exam, crack any competitive exam or any other goal.
Writing down your goal is another thing, first of all, you should be clear about what's your goal and what you want in your life you should have to be crystal clear about that.
If you ever read a book by Napolean hill the famous author he also said that those people who set goals in their life and clear about what they want in their life will achieve their goals as compared to those who didn't have any goals in life they live their lives as casual and simple.
In an experiment of about approx 300 people of every field has taken those people has been divided into two groups in which one group have those people that write their goals and place it where you can see it daily such that your goals will be reminded to you in second groups there are people those just imagined their goals in their mind and after the experiment it will be observed that the first group that had written their goals will be able to achieve there most of the goals in their life in less time and those people in the second groups that didn't write their goals will be as it as they were before and were capable to achieve their some of the goals.
And it was proved scientifically that writing down your goals will increase 42% chances that you will achieve your goals.
But not you will think about how this will happen that just writing down your goals will help you to achieve your goals so it was also proven by the science that when you think about your goals in your mind your right brain that was your creative brain will be only active and work because your right brain is your imaginative side so whenever you think about something you are using the right half of your brain.
But you will only achieve your goals and your brain will only give you energy and motivation when you use your brain fully means when you use your right and left half of the brain but we had seen that when you imagined something your right brain will only work but when you start writing your goals on paper and see it every day then your left brain that was the logical brain will be activated because when you write down your goals it was taken as serious things by your brain.
Many of us in life are living without any goals in life and living like normal but thinking like these you will never achieve something.
And just writing down goals isn't enough first of all you should be very clear about what thing and what you want to achieve in your life you should be very clear and then write it down in a paper and place it where once you can see it daily it will give you energy and motivation to achieve your goals and you will be able to see all those opportunities that you will not able to see normally.
Types of goals
There are 3 types of goals long term, short term, very short term goals.
Long terms are the goals that you want to achieve in a year or more like when you want to achieve a goal like you want to be a doctor, engineer or something else that will take more time to achieve it that will be considered as long term goals.
Short term goals are those goals that were achieved in a month or more than that as you wanted to be first in class test or something like that.
And the other one is very short term goals that you want to achieve in a day like completing some task that was done for that day.
So what you have to do is to write the short term goals, long term goals and very short term goals in separate papers and place it where you can see it once a day.
What you don't have to do...
Whatever goals you have written you don't have to share that goals with others because it has proven scientifically that when you tell your goals to others and if you haven't achieved that goal then you will feel depressed because you have already told others about your goals now you can't achieve your goals when someone asked about your goals you will inflow tell about your goals but it wasn't right for you now someone will say why it was not right it will give me a motivation.But when you tell your goals to others there was a study where 200 people are divided in a group where one group people were said to tell about their goals to other people and another group of people were not tell their goals to anyone then both of groups had given a task that will take to their goals about an hour separately in rooms then the result was that those people who had told their goals to others will not be able to work for an hour but the other group of people that weren't told their goals to others were able to do their work for an hour.
Science had proved that if you tell your goals to others it will give you a fake feeling of achievement and chemical dopamine was released that will tell your brain that you already had achieved that goal but you haven't done anything.
Conclusion
First set clear goals.The second, write it down on a paper or dairy and place it where you will see it daily.
The third doesn't share your goals with anyone.
